Recognition of new Landsraad member

As Prætor of the Landsraad, it is my pleasure to recognize Duke Harvey of Goldshire as a new voting member of the Landsraad. He may begin the execution of this right on any bill introduced in the Landsraad after this post. This means that the current vote in the Landsraad is not available for him to participate in.

Touching, but not legally valid until approved by unanimous consent of the Landsraad (or Kaiserial decree, if you want to be all absolutist about it)
