You've nominated me for what? Well - to save Leo the trouble here is a link to whatever might pass as my writing "style", heaven forbid that I actually have such a thing.

Re: Poet Laureate Nominations
I unnominate myself, on grounds that I get too many awards already for a semi-retired guy who just hangs out here to yell at anyone who messes things up, and that Allot needs to get over his unhealthy worship of me. I counter-nominate Greg, for his elfinishi stuff and his demon stuff.

Does thiscount? If so, then I nominate Ari!
From a distance I'm concerned about the rampant lawyerism manifesting itself in Shireroth currently. A simple Kaiserial slap on the wrist or censure by the community should suffice. - Jacobus Loki
Can't you see? I'm crazy!

As well he should.Great thinking there Scott. Now he's going to admire you for your modesty, too!
Thank Loki I don't have to worry about all that modesty stuff.
Re: Poet Laureate Nominations
I didn't mean that in a sarcastic way, looking back. Well, the bit about "Great thinking" was sarcastic, but the rest... nevermind.

Re: Poet Laureate Nominations
As well he should. Some people call me the King of Modesty. I remember one time, all the gods came down and said "You're probably the most modest person around. Humble, too. We'll give you anything you want," and I was like "Naw, I don't deserve it. Do something nice for the less fortunate people of the world instead." And that was why Soviet communism fell.
