I have to propose this here to be able to discuss it any longer. I don't think we need a formal means to extend the voting (if we do, why do we have a four day limit in the first place?) - we just need the potential to discuss things before voting, which this bill provides.3. Voting
A.
1. After a bill has been presented to the Landsraad, the members of the Landsraad may discuss it, and begin to vote. After one member of the Landsraad has cast a vote, there is a period of exactly four days (96 hours) during which the other members of the Landsraad can then vote on it. Each mr has one vote, which he or she may cast in any unambiguous way to represent a vote of aye or nay. A vote only applies to a bill exactly as it has been presented when the first member voted. At the end of the period, the Praetor counts the votes, announces the result, and if the ayes outnumber the nays, updates the LawBook with the changes.

Duke Mel'Kat - Air Pirate, Melangian, and Duke of the Flying Duchy of Glanurchy
And references may be made to Vur'Alm Xei'Bôn (a Nelagan Micron of undisclosed purpose).

For days should be plenty. If there is no interest then, re-introduce it when people are paying attention.
Of course, non-Landsraad procedural stuff can be placed before the Kaiser.

Re: The Madness Groweth
I try to leave stuff to the Landsraad. When there are lots of people it's there. When there are few, I'm here. It's a matter of how I built the system. We we are short on people, the Kaiser can run the show. When we have enough people, the Landsraad is able to run things.
