I believe that Tellia would qualify for a treaty by the end of this current month. According to His Majesty Christopher Rex, the country came into being during the last part of November, so the dating is not quite three months, as I informed His Majesty online the other day. At present, I believe greetings would be in order, with a treaty to follow after the three months are reached.

Am I right in recalling that Tellia are the ones that Babkha are supporting? If so, I'd say a recognition but wouldn't go further. They don't seem particuarly developed or active yet ...

Well funny you mentioned that, I was looking at how much Babkha visits Shireroth, and how much Shireroth visits Babkha. There is a little bit of a discrepancy. If Babkha has done something to be less than gracious toward Shireroth please let me know, otherwise we'd be very happy to have all of you visit more often!

They propose a treaty, which is reproduced below. I post it in the absence of an Exterior Minister.

TREATY BETWEEN THE IMPERIAL REPUBLIC OF SHIREROTH AND THE KINGDOM OF TELLIA

AFFIRMING the spirit of friendship and cooperation on which relations between the two nations are based, and hoping to bring us closer together;

AFFIRMING that both nations formally recognize the independence and sovereignty of each other including all real world claims and online presences;

ACKNOWLEDGING the importance of each nation to the other;

RESOLVED to work closely together;

CONVINCED that maintaining a relationship would benefit both nations;

RECOGNIZING full diplomatic immunity for officials of both nations;

DO HEREBY conclude this treaty and for that purpose sign to indicate acceptance as follows:
