Settle this in the Landsraad

While I'm not a legal expert on Shirerithian law, can we not decide the contest of the Kaiser in the Landsraad?

If you want to edit the charter to allow the Landsraad to elect a Kaiser, I would have to be thoroughly opposed to it...

No. The Landsraad cannot edit, or amend the Charter.

BUT the Charter grants the Landsraad the power to elect a Steward, if there isn't one already. They can also remove the Steward. It was a mechanism I put in place for times when we lacked a Kaiser outright.

However, we have a Steward. Carol, at least until monday if I recall Kaiser Ayreon's decree correctly.
