WHEREAS, Mike Fors has shown outstanding defense and loyalty for the barony, whilst not being a citizen.

THEREFORE, Mike Fors shall be rewarded.

So I say, Mike Fors shall be granted the title of Honorary Count of All United Isles of Yardistan (Nothing Governmental though.) And shall be styles H.C.B.U.I. If he so wishes.
