[A] The Barony of the United Isles does not recognize Greg Russell's claim as Count, as he did resign the position late last year (2008) and therefore does not have any power to declare independence from Yardistan, and in such does not possess the right to rebel his county as a whole, he is welcomed to rebel himself though.
To protect any loyal Yardistanis on the island, a naval blockade of 3 ships shall be placed around every major island, and around the capital of MASS.
