Seriously, this tech support guy called this morning at work and kept calling me 'Ma'am' and when he hung up, he said, "Thank you hun, I appreciate the patience."


Seriously. It isn't the first time it's happened either... ARG!
There are no flowers, no not this time. There will be no angels gracing the lines, just these stark words I find.
