Thanks to Your Grace for assistance in the Cognitian expedition. We have established a major Shirithian presence in the territory.

I am shamelessly lobbying for Your Grace's vote in the Landsraad. I'm not insistent that our territorial gains necessarily be exactly the old territories as they were - we have time to wait.

Approving the annexation will give Shireroth

1- "Legal" backing to our claim, should the territory become vacant-
2- Give us some chips to us in negotiating other claims.
