Brookshirians, countrymen!
(Yes, countrymen, we have no women here)
Anyway.
Thought I'd say hello. I'm your new duke, so and so. Know that you can always contact me about things in the Landsraad, the Great Kehl or what's happening in Brookshire or Shireroth, privately or publicly. I'm all yours (a bit anyway).
So... I hope you will be happy under me. If not, then screw you.

Aw.. I just read that as a "basket of fresh Woodshirer peers".
I'd like some peers to eat. :P
No in all seriousness, I will travel to Woodshire. However, I want to know if it is safe to do. After all, you live in a rebellious province...

Bah! Just between you and me, the rebellion is the Earl's, not mine. The newly established Woodshire Guard would be more than happy to provide for your security.

Re: Brookshirians, countrymen!
Greetings, Duke Llai. I am Harvey Lekuan, Lord of the Order of Vajra, Goldshire's nominal defense force. I am pleased to announce that the Order of Vajra hereby reaffirms the agreement between Brookshire and Goldshire established upon Goldshire's re-foundation that ensures Goldshire's political, economic, and military support in all efforts of Brookshire, provided these actions do not require us acting against Shirekeep or the Imperial Throne. While I am sure you have no intention of moving against our rightful ruler, Kaiser Leto III, your territory of Dolor has been making unpleasant statements in that regard for some time. Goldshire and the Order are willing to work with you towards bringing all territories in line, however, as we respect your boundaries and do not wish to interfere in internal matters without being asked, should Dolor make any overtly hostile actions towards the Kaiser or Shirekeep and our aide not specifically called upon, we would be forced to hold all of Brookshire responsible for the act of treason until it has been taken care of by the legitimate authorities.
I am sure you understand.

O Goldshire! What joy to see you here in these lands!
Brookshire thanks you. I would like to discuss the matter with the Lord Dolor's issues with the imperial government. It shall be known, I fear him not. May I hear his case!
