Edict XXXV: Duchy Residency

Know that I, Lord Tosha, by the Grace of the Gods Duke, with the Advice and Consent of the Great Kehl, hereby Proclaim and Ordain this Edict, effective immediately;

Regarding Duchy Residency
1. In order to be a title holder within Brookshire, your primary residency must be Brookshire.

2. A title holder in Brookshire may not be a title holder in any other subdivision.

3. "Title holder" shall be interpreted as a title equal in rank to the traditional titles of Count or Baron, or any other such title that from time to time may be created in Shireroth.

4. Edict XXIII is hereby repealed.
