Effective immediately:

1. All Duchy forces are put on high alert and mobilized, with the main task to strengthen our borders towards Elwynn, Shirekeep and Goldshire,

2. The Brookshire Fleet is put on high alert and is to patrol the waters of Brookshire,

3. The Marquess of Shirekeep is appointed Commander of all Brookshire forces, second only to the Duke. He has complete authority to act in the defense of Brookshire.
