A proclamation regarding the Baronies of Ynnraile and Neurak

Having received several requests from nobles and commoners alike in what was once known as Goldshire, complaining about unwarranted and unwanted interference by elements from Elwynn, I have decided to take action. The following is effective immediately:

1. All forces of Brookshire on County, Barony and Duchy level are hereby activated and will be held on standby,
2. All Elwynnese that attempt to usurp or disturb the lawful authorities in Brookshire or any part of Brookshire, shall be apprehended and deported,
3. A system of border checks shall be effective immediately along the border with Elwynn to protect the citizens of the Duchy against unsolicited visits by Elwynnese scum,
4. The Guild of Naristors, headed by the Arx-Naristor and headquartered in Brookshire Hamlet with chapters in each county, shall be formed and tasked with maintaining and protecting the peace, security, dignity and integrity of the Duchy,
5. The Guild of Naristors is hereby granted full law enforcement powers within the Duchy, as well as anywhere inside the borders of Shireroth when pursuing a fugitive, and the Arx-Naristor is granted full judicial powers, second only to the Duke,
6. Lord Dolor, Erik Mortis, is hereby appointed as the first Arx-Naristor, should he choose to accept the position,
7. Finally, any Elwynnese returning to Brookshire after having been deported shall be apprehended by the Guild of Naristors and dealt with accordingly,
8. Any ashes, bone fragments or other remains that arise as a result of 7. shall be returned by air to Elwynn.
