I enact the following:

All military forces produced by and/or belonging to any citizen of Brookshire shall first and foremost be under the command of the Duke of Brookshire or zir appointed military official.

I object to this. It tramples upon the long held ability for subdivisions to command their own militias and forces.

You are still free to command your own forces. It just gives me the ability to tell you to knock off this nonsense. I don't need you running Brookshirithian forces all over Micras making us look bad.
