A New Duke

Dear Brookshirians,

I feel that I am neglecting Brookshire due to many reasons, mainly a lack of motivation at the present. Brookshire deserves better. Therefore, any Brookshirian wishing to serve as Duke may say so here and also include a development plan for Brookshire. Best plan wins (in my humble opinion). The only requirement is that I am allowed to stay on as Baron of Lakhesis and that I am awarded the title of "Duke Emeritus". I will not drag anyone before the Kaiser to make an Oath, I will consider that a gentlemens' agreement.
