the dark red is Brookshire.. Pick a lil sub division of it for yourself... Monty Crisco is taken and so is Modan Loch. Everything else is open... And most everything else has never really been worked with.. Except Benacia.. which I might be hesitant to hand off considering how much is already in place with it...
