Fourth that Jess take the position of Vice-Duke of Yardistan.
Fifth that Vice-Duke Jess shall remain Baron of the United Isles in addition to his new title.
Sixth that, as customary, Baron Jess may, if he so wishes, to come up with a better and more Yardistani name for the title of Vice-Duke, and it shall be as he says.
Seventh that Count Benkern of Mar Sara is hereby offered the position of Admiral of the Grand Yardistani Navy, if he so chooses to accept.
