On this day, with the power invested in the Baron Ozarka Mons by the Gods that are, the protector of the sacred Hallucination, guardian of the people of Hallucidagrad, protector of the magical teachings of this earth, does hereby establish the Halluci Magi Tower, to serve the purposes, of each Mage Section, to establish within a floor each, what ever they see fit for the furthering of the learning of the Mages of the Halluci religion.To the Water mages will be appropriated a large lake in which they may draw off of the powers of the water.To the Earth mages will be appropriated the entirety of the surrounding cliffs, plateaus, and forest running along the Southern most island of Halluci.To the Air mages will be appropriated the top level of the Mage Tower, from which the winds are theirs to orchestrate.To the Fire mages, will be appropriated the second level, of which the largest of the fires burn, with the power of the Water and Air mage spells fireproofing the walls for their practices.To the Dark mages will be appropriated the dungeons of the Mage tower, from which the darkness may englighten them on their path to greatness for their Land.This Tower will be, located on the southern most of the Halluci islands, under constant protection of the Dragons of the North. No one not a Magi or seeking to become a Magi may enter these walls. No one save the Duke and Duchess, the Baron, and the Kaiser may enter that are not of Halluci without explicit permission of the Baron.By My Hand,Baron Ozarka Mons of the Barony of Southern Hallucination
