*shakes head..* Yeah, now I kinda feel bad.

Sadly... I think CJ still misses it... "Imperial Decrees" are valid orders of the Kaiser an "Inperial Deecree" does not exist as a technical term. . Further the next decree is 452 not 456... then there is the day of the year it is.... can I stop now?
