Decree XXVI: The Nobles of the Megamod

By the will of His Grace the Duke of Elwynn, the following Decree be implemented forthwith:

A Decree concerning the appointment of the Barons of the Duchy of Elwynn in the Age of the Megamod

1. This Decree repeals all previous Decrees, in whole or in part, concerning appointments of Barons or Counts within the Duchy.

2. From this day forward, the following Barons are appointed thus:
a) The Baron of Eliria shall be Iskander Mirkdale, of Eliria and Utasia;
b) The Baron of Iserdia shall be Rai Avon El, of Cape Farewell;
c) The Baron of Kai-Raikoth shall be Scott Alexander, of Hyperborea;
d) The Baron of Nordland shall be Harald of Ettlingar Freyu, of Wintergleam.

3. In accordance with Decree XXV, each Baron shall also be the Count of their respective Counties, unless granted otherwise by Baronial, Ducal or Imperial Decree.
