Ducal Decree XIV

To all persons, both Noble and Common, to whom these Presents shall come, Greetings:

WHEREAS the Lands known within Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Froyalan as Araxion were succesfully claimed back by Us for the said Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Froyalan;

AND WHEREAS it would be meet for the said Lands known within Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Froyalan as Araxion to be restored to their former status of County of Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Froyalan;

LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that We, [b:2z9xx9of Ettlingar Freyu[/b], Duke of Froyalan, Count of Wintergleam, do by this Our Ducal Instrument, in the exercise of Our Most Ancient Prerogative Ducal, decree that:

Ein. The Lands known within Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Froyalan as Araxion shall, upon the coming into effect of this Our Ducal Instrument, become a County of Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Froyalan again.

Tveir. This Our Ducal Instrument shall come into effect immediately.
