Ducal Decree X : On the Location of Our Hall

Ducal Decree X

To all persons, both Noble and Common, to whom these Presents shall come, Greetings:

WHEREAS confusion has arisen within Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Froyalan concerning the location of Our Hall;

AND WHEREAS it is Our Ducal Wish and Desire to clear up the said arisen confusion;

LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that We, Harald of Ettlingar Freyu, Duke of Froyalan, Count of Wintergleam, do by this Our Ducal Instrument, in the exercise of Our Most Ancient Prerogative Ducal, decree that:

Ein. Although Our Hall is physically located in Our County of Eliria and Utasia it shall nevertheless for the purpose of Our Ducal Instruments be deemed to be located in Our County of Wintergleam.

Tveir. This Our Ducal Instrument shall come into effect immediately.
