Allright, woops. You seem to have already done it. However, one thing - the maximum amount of votes a Barony ay have is 5. (excluding a Baron who is also a duke, of course.) I will make all 15 votes to be the Duke's until you officalize the votes distribution to the rules.

Unfortuanatly, no, as it is part of the Lawbook. Only thing I can suggest is amending the Lawbook.

John, do you want to try proposing an amendment in the Landsraad? Thanks for your support on this - it just seems designed to make it difficult to form duchies, if barons have to take such a position.

Besides, what about the "Duchies have internal autonomy" concept?
