Posthumous Pardon
Because Ardashir seems to have shuffled off this mortal coil, his judgment is now in the hands of a higher authority, and frankly, the higher authority is welcome to it. The case against Ardashir Osmani is hereby dropped, and arrangments for filling the Baronial seat will eventually be made.

Welllll....it turns out I've found someone who will be willing to take it over...and he has a lot of experience...if you get my drift.
