Givne by the Baron of Elwynn whom all who are subject shall obey,Whereas the Baron is empowered for his protection and glory, to raise and maintain a retinue of outlanders.Balty Majeed is granted the honour and distinction of being a Squire in the service of the Baron.It is so ordered on this day. It shall be obeyed as it is the Baronial Will.
