DANIEL, Duke Kalirion of Cape Farewell and Patron of the House of Kalir, Guardian of Elwynn's Heart, to the honourable Aurangzeb Khan and to all and sundry to whom this Decree may reach, greetings:

For some time now, the position of Steward of the House has been vacant. This is undesirable. As such, acting under the fourth Article of the Instrument of Government, I appoint, by this fourth decree Kalirion, Aurangzeb Khan of Alalehzamin to the office of Steward of the Nation and the House.
