Right now we need to make a map of our holdings.

Someone needs to find a loop-hole in the Kalirion Instrument of Government so we can have a council that actually works.

Try this for a loophole: for an interim solution appoint a peerage of Elwynn which corresponds with the Imperial Model but has no validity outside of the Ducal holdings of the House, thus a 'Nobles-Equestrian in Elwynn' would be of a noble rank for the business of the council but a commoner still in regard to Imperial Government, the Landsraad and equivalence of rank with other Houses.

Well, I think the point of the new system is to level the playing field, so to speak, so that everyone starts at the bottom (except the Dukes obviously). As for a map, I have zero visual art talent, so maybe someone else...?
