Decree Kalirion, the first:

By this decree Kalirion, the first of its kind, I adopt one Iskander Mirkdale into this House of Kalir. His name shall be written upon the Nominal Roll of the House.

Done at Cape Farewell this twenty-third day of Ifnin, 3895 on the day of birth of the Mattlore, Duke of Lothlaria; his memory never fading.

I'm pleased to see Mattlore's name invoked in this, and any way. And pleased to see House Kalirion grow in size. This house has greatly impressed and pleased me lately. With active citizens, active governance, and just plain, niftiness. I once again suggest this house should get a House Account of some sort...
