Decree LXVII - Order of the Silver Orchid

By the Will of Her Grace the Duchess of Elwynn, let the following be implemented forthwith:

1. An order shall be created within Elwynn entitled the Order of the Silver Orchid.
2. The members of this order shall be only those who have dedicated their lives and services to Elwynn.
3. Scott of Hyperborea and RicLyon (Rai Avon-El) are hereby inducted into the order.
4. Rob Davis is hereby inducted into the order as an honorary member.
5. Take that, Brookshire.

It's a healthy rivalry. And #5 was because I don't Brookshire has done this yet. And furthermore, who gives a flying fig about what they do? I wanted a way to genuinely express my gratitude for Ric's/Scott's services, especially since they've both left the Duchy. Maybe I should have picked a better way to do it. But I enjoy that in Shireroth I can just say: Because I said so, now go away or my flowerpot men will chop off your feet so you'll have to kneel.
