Representative's Decree - LVIII

The extreme circumstances that I now find myself in on behalf of Elwynn are too much for me to handle alone. I am aware that His Grace the Duke would wish me to carry on, but I do not think he would object to the following either. I am in desperate need of help.

Decree LVII is hereby repealed until further notice. Baron Leo Dine is now Steward of Elwynn. The position of Grand-Vizier of Elwynn is abolished.
