The People's Academy of Elwynn

In pushing Elwynn forward, I am willing to donate 3000 erb to the foundation of a People's Academy of Elwynn, a place for all Elwynnese to come together, study, teach, be taught and learn about our diverse cultures, our common culture and traditions.

For as long as there are funds in the Academy, there would be no tuition fees for Elwynnese residents, but the funds from donations would be used to pay teachers (if they insist on getting paid for their work).

What do you, my fellow countrymen, think of this?

Is there somehow we can get the foundation tax-exempt? I don't want my donations being eaten up by the tax authorities, money that are here for Elwynn's people.

I thoroughly approve as Minister of Information. There is not enough education about Elwynnese culture going around. Furthermore, I pledge 2000 to the foundation of the academy. And Rai-Avon El shall be the first Chancellor of the Academy.
