Ducal Decree XV

To all persons, both Noble and Common, to whom these Presents shall come, Greetings:

WHEREAS Our Counts voiced certain concerns regarding Our Ducal Instrument known within Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Froyalan as Ducal Decree XIII;

AND WHEREAS We, after due consideration of the concerns voiced by Our Counts, are satisfied that the said voiced concerns are sufficient to warrant the repeal of the said Ducal Instrument;

LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that We, Harald of Ettlingar Freyu, Duke of Froyalan, Count of Wintergleam, do by this Our Ducal Instrument, in the exercise of Our Most Ancient Prerogative Ducal, decree that:

Ein. Our Ducal Instrument known within Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Froyalan as Ducal Decree XIII shall, upon the coming into effect of this Our Ducal Instrument, be repealed.
