Ducal Decree IX

To all persons, both Noble and Common, to whom these Presents shall come, Greetings:

WHEREAS Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Froyalan boasts a vast number races of humans and humanoid creatures as well as many different ethnicities within the said races of humans and humanoid creatures of Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Froyalan;

AND WHEREAS it is Our Most Ducal Opinion that within the whole of Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Froyalan equality between the said races of humans and humanoid creatures and the many different ethnicities therein ought to be promoted;

LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN thatuhggig]Harald of Ettlingar Freyu[/b], Duke of Froyalan, Count of Wintergleam, do by this Our Ducal Instrument, in the exercise of Our Most Ancient Prerogative Ducal, decree that:

Ein. All Residents of Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Froyalan shall, regardless of their race or ethnicity, be equally eligible for appointment to public service within the whole of Our Most Magnificent Duchy of Froyalan.

Tveir. This Our Ducal Instrument shall come into effect immediately.
