Well, you don't have a choice really. The duchy probably will have to be disbanded, although you may have enough to make it an independent barony if you have Harold stay.

Personally I'd say claim all your territories unilaterally and defend that claim via RecWar or otherwise simply for activity.

Can we rape and pillage Ardashirshar now?
