MAGNA CARTA OSMANUSArtakhshatra KharenahPAX IN BELLOArdashir Khan Osmani, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Baron of Elwynn, to his subjects and retainers – Greeting.Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place granted to Zurvan this Charter which by his Kharenah is confirmed for us and our heirs forever.Having received her obeisance We hereby grant permission for Mari Greenwood to depart these lands and in doing so I acclaim that may her legacy endure as long as its merit accords!Le it be known that within his own lands the Baron’s will and his written word is law.1) That the Elwynesse shall be guarranteed customary liberties.2) That laws of the Forest shall be enacted to ensure the Baron's peace reigns in the land.3) All citizens owing fealty to the Baron owe him and his successors total obeisance, which shall be made by formal submission and prostration before the Baronial Throne on the Twenty Ninth day of June each year.4) The Baron of Elwynn shall be entitled, for his protection and glory, to raise and maintain a retinue of outlanders. These shall be entitled to enjoy his hospitality and patronage.5) A Baronial Forrester shall be created and invested with persona and legal identity with the purpose of the Hunt and enforcing such Forestry laws that may be decreed.It is so enacted by virtue of the Baronial Will.
