Decree LXXIV: Render Unto Caesar what is Caesar's but Unto His Steward Render Nothing

Ardashir Piroz Aurangzeb al-Osmani-Steffki, by the Kharenah of Zurvan & Right of Conquest, Khan of Vijayanagara, Duke of Elwynn, Baron of Eliria, Earl of Alalehzamin & Count of Lesser Jasonia, to his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place granted to Zurvan this Ordinance which by his Kharenah is confirmed for us and our heirs forever.

An Ordinance regarding Imperial Taxation

1. In solidarity with the plight of our brothers in Kildare over Steward Decree #439 the Duchy of Elwynn shall pay no sum greater than 500€ to Imperial Coffers
2. This Ordinance shall come into effect immediately upon the date of its issue.
