Decree LII - Amending the line of Succession

After having confered with the mighty and powerful Malarbor over several servings of maple syrup and vodka, he assyred me that earthly titles mean little to him, and that his power an ambitions vastly excced that of the Duchy of Elwynn. Therefore, to better provide for the government of the Duchy, the Line of Succession is hereby amended, to wit:

By the will of His Grace the Duke of Elwynn, the following Decree be implemented forthwith:

A Decree concerning an amended Line of the Succession to the Ducal Throne of the Duchy of Elwynn

From this day forward, the Elwynese Line of Succession shall be as follows:

1. Rai Avon-El
2. Andrew Allot
3. Nathan
4. The Khan of Vijayanagara
5. Leo, Steward of Elwynn
6. Cho'Gall

In the event that this Line is disrupted or otherwise cannot be continued, a replacement Line shall be decreed by the Steward of Elywnn.

In the event that the Steward of Elwynn cannot do so, the Line shall be decided by a two-thirds majority of any present members of the Council of Eliria, and the decision made so shall have the status and standing of a decree.
