Decree XXIX - Concerning a Flag

By the will of His Grace the Duke of Elwynn, the following Decree shall be implemented forthwith:

A Decree Concerning the Replacement of the of the Duchy of Elwynn

1. From this day forward, the following flag shall be the official flag of the Duchy of Elwynn:

Oh well, it's nice. A bit painful to see flags changing and the society moving on... in my time... ah...

@Austi The motif is supposed to be 100% flora, but who knows what you might see if you really squint at it?
