Ladies, Gentleman and Others,

It is befitting that, at the dawn of new year, with the accession of a new Kaiser, the immigration of a new Imperial Concubine, the good news of Lady Carol, the elections of both an Elwynnese Praetor and Deputy Praetor, the hosting of the FNORD Awards by our very own Baron of Kai-Raikoth, and the occurrence of Emperor Norton Day, that we bestow our congratulations all around, and bid everyone welcome here to celebrate all these wondrous occasions and achievements with this inaugural Festival of the Sun!
