My old county of Smjorkyr ( http://shireroth.kuroshiro.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=95 ) used to be here in Elwynn. I was wondering if I could rejoin this great duchy and have my old county reinstated. According to the MCS map, the current county of Frieden in Iserdia occupies the land Smjorkyr once had. With your permission, and Baron Rai Avon-El's permission, would it be possible to return Smjorkyr to Frieden's lands (which I notice have no posts, the only reason I am suggesting this)?

I see no reason why Frieden couldn't be renamed Smjorkyr with our dear Nathan as leader.

Also I noticed you are having a discussion on the rules of order. In article 2, section 3 a, the rules still refer to the Members of Logting. Perhaps such a thing can be amended in the convention
