Cartographic consistency

I'm going through our duchies collecting issues of cartographic consistency and quality. See http://shireroth.kuroshiro.net/forum/vi ... =10&t=9250.

Inconsistencies and quality issues I found:

- the Cimmerian isles (in Nesfarvel) are called Cimmeria in the baronies map, Territory of Cimmeria in the MCS map
- I'm not sure what the proper spelling of Ardashirshahr is. Both the baronies map and the MCS map use Ardashirshar, but elsewhere Ardashirshahr is more common.
- Araxion (the county containing Civitas Nova and split in two by Amokolian lands) is unmarked on both the baronies map and the MCS map
- Caligae and surrounding lands are marked as belonging to Lesser Zjandaria in both the MCS map and the baronies map instead of Nesfarvel, see http://shireroth.kuroshiro.net/forum/vi ... =30&t=9060
- the county containing Glenfiddich is unnamed in both maps, and I've forgotten which county it's supposed to be
- Byzantipol is named Bjorngard on both maps

- even after discounting Nesfarvel, Lesser Zjandaria is still in two pieces
- Glenfiddich is written in two different fonts on the baronies map

On further research... there are two river forks that might have been the historical border between Araxion and Lesser Zjandaria. The maps aren't quite clear on which actually was it. See http://micras.org/archives/bigworldb-v706.png - the last map before we lost either most or all of Araxion to Atkins. I think I'm going to make life easier for me and assume it was the northern fork that divided the counties - that would mean that we did lose all of Araxion, and the Araxion that we now have is small but at least not geographically divided. The area right across the river from Mishalan (Amokolia) would then be a part of Lokithiat (previously Lesser Zjandaria).
