Having returned to the lands of Shireroth after many a month of wandering abroad, and having keenly lurked for a while, I humbly request that I be granted the County for past services rendered, in turn for which I shall relinquish my current title as below.

You are welcome this day to our court and may take your ease as our guest and subject to our hospitality. We note your request concerning Eliria-Utasia and are mindful to appoint you Earl of said county. However the Counties of Elwynn are due to be made subject to a reorganisation in line with a request from His Imperial Majesty for a new County centred around Cape Farewell. His Imperial Majesty does at present enjoy the rights of the County of Eliria & Utasia and this shall remain so until the reorganisation is undertaken. Should you be prepared to wait for that then all will be well. However if you would prefer to take up a county, sooner rather than later, Cimmeria is available.

Whatever you chose there is a preliminary action required - that you notify the Registrar of your resumption of citizenship, thereafter decrees can be issued and oaths taken etcetera.

Or you could retake Holwinn. Brookshire needs more people, and Holwinn's Barony is empty right now. I'm sure Krasniy would promote you to Baron if you settled there.

I thank you for your wise words, and while my original request was based on the assertion that his Imperial Majesty had already resigned as Earl, he has since clarified that he had asked your permission to do so, but that has yet to be assented. I shall, of course, be content to await the result of the proposed reorganisation.

In the meantime I will be delighted to re-acquaint myself with the Registrar.
