An Order to Amend the Title of Margrave Loki

A situation has arisen in the Landsraad making it impossible for it to function. In the interest of allowing the Landsraad to function properly, I hereby revoke the title of Margrave bestowed upon Jacobus Loki and appoint him Thane in Kildare. This allows him to speak his mind in the Landsraad, but he will not be able to vote.
