Unlike my predecessor, I will appoint a person to be my heir. I want anyone that is interested in being the next Kaiser or Kaiseress to PM me a rough outline of what their agenda would be. If I find someone I like and can support, it is quite possible that that person will be the next Kaiser or Kaiseress.

Little early, isn't it? I have no idea whether I'll have time to make a serious bid come...I don't even know when...let alone what sort of things Shireroth will need at some indefinite point in the future.

This is getting worse than the primary season starting years before the election in the US
