Whereas there is a sense of disorder and disorganization within the Imperial Republic’s structure and divisions, it is hereby decreed that the first imperial census is going to be held. Heads of houses or their emissaries are to send in the following information to the Steward or the Kaiser of the Imperial Republic:

All citizens and houses have until 1 Agnifiero 3902 (12 April 2010) to send in relevant data. Extensions may be granted to those who suffer from the plague of having a life outside micronationalism. Failure for a house to respond within the allotted time will result in loss of favour from the Golden Mango Throne.

Yay for not playing by the same rules as everybody else.

At least the Yardistanis are back to being rebellious.

It is slightly pleasing.

But.. Greg.. Count under this system isn't the same as count under the old.

Counts are now considered actually nobles, as before they were effectively glorified commoner governors. So, calling yourself a Count does kinda matter. On the same token I could be a dick and make him a actually count just to mess with his rebellious nature...
