Motion to the Kaiser regarding CJMiller

Post by Malliki Tosha »

Your Niftiness, I hereby request that CJMiller be exiled from the land for reason of holding views that are not compatible with being a Shirerithian denizen.

While I understand your reasoning, exile is a punishment fitting a crime, and while some views should be crime, they are not such under Shireroth law. As such I must respectfully decline your request of Exile. If he was to commit a crime under Shireroth law, fitting of such punishment, I would of course precede accordingly, but at this time I am aware of no such event.

A wise decision, but I'd like to see a debate on implementing such a law.

I'm against such a law. If we begin exiling people based on rumor and hearsay, this place would be empty in a year.

Assuming Jake understands Scott as I am. I will agree with Jake. I'll deny citizenship on ground of questionable behavior of a serious degree, but I desire no such law to that regard. I even admit that the choice to deny citizenship to Miller was a personal choice as Kaiser. Another Kaiser may not choose the same action.
