Imperial Decree #415: Honours & Departures

Seeing as things are more or less at a desirable end state for the reign and considering I don't want any more fuss and hassle over the new year than I necessarily have to put up with. I order the following.

1.1. Appointed Companions of the Order of the Dragon;
1.1.1. Isabelle Allot;
1.1.2. Eoin Dornan;
1.1.2. Leo Fenrir;
1.2. Arviður & Jonas Windsor are also elevated to Companion status;
1.3. Appointed Members of the Order of the Dragon;
1.3.1. Ryan Caruso;
1.3.2. Aryeztur Mejorkhor;
1.3.3. Harvey Steffke;
1.4. Appointed to the Order of the Griffin;
1.4.1. Moshe Goltz of Ashkenatza.
2.0. Departures:
2.1. Jess Heimer forefits his Gold Sword;
2.2. We do hereby abdicate in favour of Jonas Windsor whom the austute seers of Gong Li have determined has the best right to lay claim to the title of Kaiser as Leto III Ozymandias 'the desired' of the Noble Line of Win'Eth. Long may he reign.

Probably because you haven't been a Kaiser in a relative long period. It's like a drug.

Now let us see. It depends whether the revolt started under Erasmas or Anandja. If the latter then its four successive reigns.

I, as the Lord of the Order of Vajra, as well as the Order itself, do affirm their loyalty towards Shirekeep, the Crown, and Kaiser Leto III.
I would also like to personally thank to departing Lord for the honors he has placed upon me. Been quite a long time indeed.
