This time I have to agree. The Kaiser has given up his right to rule by his unexplained absences. We need someone who will be consistent and dependable to assume the throne. Any ideas?

As I told you, I didn't object to most of your ideas when you grabbed the throne--just the way in which you took the throne. I think you'd make a great kaiser. Just don't assume power without getting some support and input first.

There are forms through which new Kaisers are established when the current is unable or unwilling to do his duties. I have read it in the law. The Line of Succession, among a few other options.

The line of succession is very useful. It was instituted after a Kaiser abdicated and went away without declaring an heir and we had to fight a civil war to decide who would get the throne.
