Our New Contract

How and when does our new contract forming a Duchy become official? I have posted it in the Active Commons, but I figured it needs to be approved by you as well.

Also, within the next few days or so another County will be added, and a new contract will be drawn up to add to that. How does that go in effect? Whenever it is signed by pertinent Counts?
