I hereby grant House Kalirion the title of Count to be given by their Patron to one house member. I desire this house member to then take several people and create a Minor House within Kalirion.

Kalirion of all Houses has been the most active and organized, thus I reward them with this additional title. The House still holds the title of Duke, and is not being stripped of this title. I simply wish to see a House Minor created within Kalirion for reasons of my own and for the future development of the nation.

And I don't feel home anymore in Kildare, now large parts of our homeland went in hands of a stranger who sits in the Capital. Many of my developments were for Kildare, now I'm missing the inspiration to do anything for this reduced version which doesn't symbolise more then a ghost of the past.
